Celebrating the 40th anniversary of Gundam! Combining the culmination of technologies developed through the "HG Series," the RX-78-2 Gundam designed by Kunio Okawara has been brought to life as a high-end model kit.

• Pursuit of Form: Engineered for "beautiful posing," "articulation," and "proportions." The body is packed with gimmicks to allow for incredibly natural movement.

• "BEYOND GLOBAL" Design: The original Gundam design has been completely reimagined under the "BEYOND GLOBAL" concept, pushing its aesthetic and functional limits.

• Torso & Neck Articulation: The body features a forward-bending and swinging structure, while the neck axis can move forward and backward for more expressive head tilts.

• Human-Like Legs: Inward-bending joints have been added to the base of the thighs, enabling poses that mimic human movement more closely than ever before.

• Independent Wrist Movement: The wrists move independently, allowing for freedom of motion even when the shield is attached.

• Dynamic Hand Expressions: The wrist block is a separate part utilizing a ball joint, designed to recreate powerful motions like clenching a fist.

• Enhanced Waist & Skirt: The waist axis features a wide swing and significant forward displacement. Additionally, the rear skirt unfolds extensively to avoid obstructing backward leg movement.

• Seamless Chest Design: Blocks on the side of the chest handle movement corresponding to the shoulder blades. They are specifically designed so the internal shoulder joints aren't exposed when the arms are pulled outward.
